F.I. : Le aziende della Lombardia, so- prattutto quelle più piccole, si sono or- ganizzate velocemente sia per quanto riguarda lo smart working, che ha fun- zionato molto bene e potrebbe essere utilizzato ancora in futuro, sia per il lavoro sul campo con i tecnici, grazie ai sistemi di rotazione. F.I.: The companies in Lombardy, especially the smaller ones, quickly organized themsel- ves with work rotation systems both as regards to smart working, which worked very well and could still be used in the fu- ture, and field work with technicians. De- spite the difficulties all staff were provided with PPE. As for the mutual aid initiative, fortunately no company required it but we were all ready to support each other.
