34 Le porte nelle ristrutturazioni A pprocciare la ristruttura- zione di un ascensore può essere un’attività non semplice. Ricor- dando innanzi tutto che le norme italiane della serie UNI 10411 trattano gli aspetti normativi, in questo articolo analizzere- mo unicamente l’aspetto pratico di come si affronta la sostituzione delle porte, sia di piano che di cabina, entrando nel me- rito di quali misure sono da rilevare in lo- co per permettere al progettista di svilup- pare il progetto esecutivo e al produttore di realizzare le porte nel modo corretto. Se parliamo di porte di piano, ci sono due approcci diversi per questo tipo di inter- vento. Il primo consiste nel sostituire le porte limitando il più possibile l’impatto verso il pianerottolo, cercando quindi di evitare operemurarie; l’altramodalità è di procedere al rifacimento completo della zona porte, comprendendo tagli e rifa- cimenti della muratura che compone la zona accessi del vano corsa.
