È con estremo piacere, perciò, che vi comunico che è ai nastri di partenza ANACAM ACADEMY, uno strumento potente attraverso cui la no- stra Associazione vuole contribuire al ricambio genera- zionale della manodopera nelle aziende associate. Sono certo che grazie a questa iniziativa, molti giovani avran- no la possibilità di gettare le fondamenta su cui costruire, con la pratica e la formazione continua, una professiona- lità che non risente di crisi occupazionali. Un ruolo im- portante spetta agli “studenti” ma è fondamentale che le nostre aziende si rendano disponibili ad accogliere questi giovani nelle proprie strutture per il tirocinio.
