A nacam 2020 online was the best way to end a difficult year, in the wake of a new normality where most of the events originally planned in attendance were redesigned for on-line platforms. It was also the only scheduled event for 2020 in Italy for the lift industry. In- troduced by the president of Anacam Andrea Codebò and moderated by the president of Anacam Service Michele Mazzarda, 690 people connected to the platform during the meetings held on the 10th and 11th December 2020, 400 attendees were associates and 290 were representatives of installation, construction and maintenance companies not associated with Anacam, notified organizations, freelancers and sector operators. The virtual stands of the 27 exhibiting companies met with great success in terms of visitors, in some cases reaching over 190 contacts per day. The numerous and competent guests provided an important contribution in terms of contents and food for thought.
