Numerosi modelli organizzativi aziendali verranno ripensati e modernizzati S e v e r a l c o r p o r a t e o r g a n i z a t i o n a l m o d e l s w i l l b e r e c o n s i d e r e d a n d m o d e r n i z e d d opo questa pandemia, il nostro modo di lavorare non sarà e non potrà più ritornare come prima. Fa- re previsioni sugli scenari e le strategie da mettere in campo nel nostro settore, tenendo conto di un’eventuale recrudescenza o indebolimento del covid-19, in questo mo- mento è estremamente azzardato però è ipotizzabile che in futuro altre pandemie possano irrompere nel mondo eco- nomico globale con il medesimo impatto di quella che stia- mo vivendo, se non addirittura peggiore. Possiamo inoltre dire che grazie, o per colpa, del covid-19, alcuni processi di cambiamento, affacciatisi timidamente da qualche tempo, subiranno nei prossimi mesi una grossa accelerazione e si imporranno in tutti gli ambiti della nostra vita. Credo an- che che alcuni modelli organizzativi aziendali, che fino a ieri hanno caratterizzato e condizionato l’economia globale, sia- no stati messi a dura prova da quest’ultimo evento planeta- rio e che perciò dovrebbero essere oggetto di ripensamento. Logistica integrata. La pandemia ci ha insegnato che viviamo in un mondo molto o troppo interconnesso. a fter this pandemic, the way we work will never be the same again. Integrated logistics. The pandemic clearly showed that the world we live is very interconnected, perhaps too much so.
