Nuovi skills saranno richiesti a tutti. An increasingly digitized doc- umentation must be conceived, one that can be consulted or processed remotely. I’m thinking of cloud computing, document management, corporate portals which employ- ees and customers can access, real information manage- ment structures that will also have to become part of our daily life. Commercial approaches, contracts, reporting and online training . The pandemic emergency brought about the awareness that digitization will be an increas- ingly necessary and crucial aspect of our working life: online documentation, control and dissemination of in- ternal information and company forms, use of digital contracts not requiring “on-site” digital signatures will lead to more effective business approaches with custom- ers and suppliers than the present, traditional methods. New skills will be required of all. We will have to learn to interact with “Increasingly virtual environments” in which regretfully, empathy and human contact will be lacking. In conclusion, those who are able to better perceive the changes, to adapt, evolve and reorganize quickly, will lead their company out of this or any upcoming emer- gency. The mere ability to execute will no longer be the main factor, but the way we perform will be paramount. WELFARE D i A n t o n i o C i a n i
