Nel caso di modifica sono previste alcune deroghe che nascono per l’impossibilità a soddisfare alcuni requisiti della UNI EN 81-20:2020 a causa della configurazione dei luoghi o per vincoli strutturali dell’edificio. Ecco allora che può essere applicata la UNI EN 81-21:2018: •relativamente alla massima distanza ammessa tra le soglie di due porte del vano consecutive, che può essere non maggiore di quella preesistente; in tal caso devono essere assicurate idonee apparecchiature per il soccorso e fornite le relative istruzioni; •relativamente all’impossibilità di soddisfare il requisito del punto 5.2.6.4.2.2 della UNI EN 81-20:2020 riguardante l’altezza minima del locale delle pulegge di rinvio, il tetto del locale può essere mobile, facilmente apribile e le operazioni di ispezione possono essere effettuate con il tetto aperto, purché siano adottate misure per impedire che persone non autorizzate entrino nella zona pericolosa e sia garantito di poter operare in condizioni di sicurezza in qualsiasi condizione climatica; •relativamente all’areazione del vano di corsa, del locale del macchinario e del locale delle pulegge di rinvio preesistente, questa può essere mantenuta, fermo restando che la temperatura di detti locali sia contenuta entro i limiti compatibili con il corretto funzionamento delle nuove apparecchiature; •relativamente alle superfici delle pareti, dei pavimenti e dei soffitti del vano corsa e del locale del macchinario e/o delle pulegge di rinvio, queste devono essere rispondenti almeno a quanto richiesto dalle norme vigenti all’atto della prima installazione avendo cura, laddove non già provveduto a proteggere la fossa contro infiltrazioni di acqua; •relativamente ai percorsi preesistenti per accedere al locale del macchinario e/o delle pulegge di rinvio, questi sono accettati come è accettato l’accesso preesistente attraverso locali privati gravati da servitù perpetua e irrevocabile. Punto 23 - Dispositivo di allarme di emergenza Il nuovo dispositivo di allarme di emergenza deve essere conforme al punto 5.12.3.1 della UNI EN 81-20:2020 che rimanda alla UNI EN 81-28:2004. Si ammette che esso possa essere, in alternativa, conforme alla UNI EN 81-28:2019. Punto 24 - Parapetto Il punto 24 è completamente nuovo. Nel caso di installazione di nuovo parapetto sul tetto di cabina, occorre garantire: • un volume di rifugio almeno pari a quello preesistente; • le dimensioni del parapetto pari a quelle indicate nel punto 5.4.7.4 della UNI EN 81-20:2020. Come già in altre situazioni, solo quando la configurazione dei luoghi non permette di soddisfare il punto 5.2.5.7 della UNI EN 81- 20:2020, si applica il punto 5.6 della UNI EN 81-21:2018.
