L’ascensore deve essere dotato di un dispositivo che impedisca il normale avvio in caso di sovraccarico nella cabina (5.12.1.2 Controllo del carico). COSA È DISPONIBILE AL MOMENTO. Il mercato offre molte soluzioni: sensori a compressione sotto la cabina con tampone in gomma incorporato, sensori a flessione per arcata o trave portante del motore, celle da installare sotto il telaio dell’argano, pesacarico per funi, per attacco funi, per tiranti, pressostati elettronici per impianti oleodinamici e altri ancora. In generale per gli ascensori preesistenti sono da preferirsi i pesacarico per funi poiché sono più facili e veloci da installare rispetto agli altri, semplici da programmare e, se di buona qualità, solitamente garantiscono un’ottima precisione e stabilità di funzionamento nel tempo. Una volta installati, programmati e collaudati, non vanno però dimenticati. È buona regola controllarli periodicamente ed eventualmente ritararli, il che è sicuramente necessario nel caso in cui siano stati installati su funi nuove WHAT THE STANDARD STATES. It is a good rule to check them periodically and possibly re-calibrate them, which is certainly necessary if they have been installed on new ropes as they are susceptible to elongation.
