Un capitolo è dedicato all’esame dell’impatto dei trasporti dei materiali. La parte finale è una disamina di tutti i componenti dell’ascensore e della loro composizione in termini di materie prime quali il ferro, il rame e così via, illustrandone sinteticamente le problematiche di produzione e di trattamento come rifiuto.
