Insomma, quello del BIM è un mondo nuovo da approfondire, anche per quanto riguarda gli aspetti giuridici e legali. Si prospetta per le PMI una sfida importante, che coinvolgerà in primis la parte progettuale, ma che avrà evidentemente le sue ricadute sia sulle fasi di installazione che su quelle di manutenzione.
