LA NORMAZIONE INTERNAZIONALE, IL BIM E GLI ASCENSORI Nella sfera internazionale della normazione, ISO ha un comitato tecnico proprio, ovvero ISO/TC 59/SC 13 24 figures (BIM SPECIALIST, BIM COORDINATOR, BIM MANAGER, CDE MANAGER) are identified, in accordance with the European Qualification Framework (EQF) • Finally, the Reference Praxis provides the specific requirements for third-party conformity assessment aimed exclusively at the professional figures envisaged by UNI 11337-7:2018. At European level, CEN has a technical committee dedicated to BIM, namely CEN/TC 442 - ‘Building Information Modelling (BIM)’. Within this structure, there are ten active Working Groups (WGs). The standards relevant to the BIM topic are diverse: there are reports (TR) and technical specifications (TS), EN standards and EN ISO standards. INTERNATIONAL STANDARDISATION, BIM AND LIFTS In the international sphere of standardisation, ISO has its own technical committee, namely ISO/TC 59/SC 13 ‘Organisation and digitization of information about buildings and civil engineering works, including building information modelling (BIM)’; specifically, there are twenty-one documents published, and nine in development. Remaining in the ISO world, but with a specific reference to the lift sector, a new working group was formed in September 2022 in the Technical Commission ISO/TC 178 ‘Lifts, escalators and moving walks’, WG 13 ‘New technologies’. Working Group 13 consists of experts from all over the world, with a solid European majority. The first meeting took place on 7 and 8 December 2022 in Helsinki, Finland. The main topics that the experts will be asked to work on in the coming months are the interfacing between access systems and lifts, mobile robots, the Internet of Things (IoT) and smart lifts, starting from the documents elaborated, with the support of EFESME and SBS, by ETSI’s SmartM2M TC. Above all, the drafting of a technical specification (TS) dedicated to BIM in the world of lifts will be addressed, taking into account the ISO 19650-1:2018 standard: ‘Organisation and digitisation of information related to construction and civil engineering works, including Building lnformation Modelling (BIM) - Information management using Building lnformation Modelling - Part 1: Concepts and principles’. To this end, the purpose and scope of the document has been defined. In the first instance, the part relating to lifts will be dealt with, and later on the WG will work on the part relating to staircases and escalators.
