A marzo sono stati avviati i primi tre corsi online sul rilevamento dei guasti su alcuni degli impianti con tecnologie “proprietarie” più diffusi sul mercato italiano. L’esigenza di organizzare questa tipologia di corsi, a cui Anacam non è nuova, deriva dal fatto che tali tecnologie non sempre sono accessibili ai tecnici manutentori per la mancanza sugli impianti degli special tools e delle istruzioni per l’uso. Un tema delicato su cui Anacam ed EFESME, attraverso i loro esperti, e con il supporto di SBS, lavorano da anni con l’obiettivo di facilitare le operazioni di manutenzione ma anche di evitare meccanismi di concorrenza sleale sul mercato. La sicurezza nelle operazioni di manutenzione sugli ascensori è un aspetto fondamentale che non può essere sottovalutato. L’assenza di informazioni e attrezzature appropriate può compromettere la sicurezza dei tecnici. L’approccio pratico e interattivo dei corsi offerti da Anacam e Docensas permetterà ai partecipanti di familiarizzare con le procedure di manutenzione in modo realistico e coinvolgente, riducendo il rischio di errori e incidenti durante le operazioni di manutenzione sul campo. In questo nuovo capitolo della formazione per gli ascensoristi associati, l’obiettivo è non solo aggiornare le competenze tecniche, ma anche aprire le porte a una maggiore consapevolezza e comprensione del ruolo degli ascensori nella società moderna. Per tale motivo, Anacam ha deciso di affidare a Icaro Alessandro Sborgia il compito di promuovere forme di collaborazione tra le sedi regionali e gli istituti di istruzione superiore e di formazione professionale per far conoscere alle nuove generazioni il nostro mondo. La sinergia con i presidenti regionali sarà cruciale per conoscere le specificità di ogni contesto locale e contribuire alla buona riuscita del progetto su tutto il territorio. Siamo certi che i presidenti regionali offriranno il loro appoggio incondizionato a questa nuova iniziativa. Sborgia si occuperà anche di organizzare giornate informative, seminari, stage in azienda e percorsi formativi specialistici, con lo scopo di fornire ai giovani un bagaglio di conoscenze tale da poter essere inseriti nelle imprese associate. A Sborgia, che lavorerà in coordinamento con la sede nazionale e con Alessandra Recchia, delegata alla formazione dell’associazione, auguriamo buon lavoro! Sarà l’occasione per scoprire le ultime novità del settore, approfondire le tematiche più attuali grazie al contributo dei maggiori esperti e condividere momenti di convivialità con gli amici e i colleghi di sempre ma anche con i nuovi membri della famiglia Anacam che, con nostra grande soddisfazione, continua a crescere. In this new phase of training for associated lift operators, the aim is not only to update technical skills, but also to open the door to greater awareness and understanding of the role of lifts in modern society. For this reason, Anacam has decided to entrust Icaro Alessandro Sborgia with the task of promoting forms of collaboration between regional offices and higher education and vocational training institutes in order to introduce new generations to our world. The synergy with the regional presidents will be crucial to get to know the specificities of each local context and contribute to the success of the project throughout the territory. We are confident that the regional presidents will give their unconditional support to this new initiative. Sborgia will also be in charge of organising information days, seminars, company internships and specialised training courses, with the aim of providing young people with enough knowledge to be able to be placed in member companies.
