In this context, Anacam and Docensas have developed a specific training offer, designed to meet the needs of companies and technicians in the sector, thus supporting innovation and professionalism at every stage of their work. The collaboration between Anacam and Docensas has resulted in a high-quality online training proposal, aimed at responding to the needs of the lift industry and offering continuous and practical training to technicians and other professionals in the sector. Since the launch of the courses last March, more than 250 students have participated in the training programmes, confirming the relevance and usefulness of Anacam’s offer for its members. EVALUATION OF ACTIVE COURSES In recent months, the courses have focused on fault detection in the various manoeuvres, achieving an average rating of 8.7 out of 10 and a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 72%, a very positive indicator of student satisfaction. Considering that the average for the online training sector is -29%, these results underline the high level of satisfaction of the students, who especially appreciated the interactivity of the courses and the practical approach. Among the main courses currently active one can highlight: • Schindler Bionic 5 manoeuvre: rating of 8.5/10 and an NPS of 64%. • KONE LCE manoeuvre: 8.8/10 rating and an NPS of 75%. • OTIS GEN2 manoeuvre: rating of 8.8/10 and a NPS of 76%. The strength of these courses is the practical and immersive approach: each student can practise with virtual simulations, as if they were in front of a real lift, using tools such as the tester to identify faults. This approach not only facilitates understanding of the content but also makes the training an engaging and truly useful experience. NEW TRAINING PROPOSAL FOR 2025 In the coming months, Anacam and Docensas will be launching new courses aimed at different roles within lift companies, with a particular focus on technicians and new recruits. The aim is to offer training that suits the skills of each professional and responds to the evolution of the market and technologies. Here is the new training proposal: 1. Basic course on lifts: intended for professionals with little experience in the sector, regardless of their role. This course covers the main components and characteristics of lifts, as well as elements of history and principles of mechanics. At the end of the course, the student will have a general knowledge of how a lift works, being able to understand the fundamental parts and the interaction between them. 2.
