ANACAM MAGAZINE - n. 1 gennaio | marzo 2025

Invito, quindi, tutti gli associati a partecipare attivamente a questo importante appuntamento, contribuendo con idee e proposte per costruire un futuro in cui formazione, innovazione e occupazione siano al centro della crescita del nostro settore. under 35 who have never had an open-ended contract and women resident in the Mezzogiorno (south of Italy) who have not been in regular employment in the previous six months. The incentive consists of an exemption of up to €500 per month for each worker hired, which can rise to €650 per month for young people and women resident in the south. Companies can benefit from this incentive for hirings made by 31 December 2025. In addition, the Cohesion Decree also provides for other support measures for young people and women throughout the country, extended also to self-employed, entrepreneurial, and freelance activities. For the lift sector, this measure may also represent a strategic opportunity. The need for qualified technicians is growing steadily, and incentives of this type can facilitate access to the profession, supporting companies in training and hiring new resources. Anacam has always been at the forefront of training and the search for tools that facilitate the meeting between young people and member companies. However, for these opportunities to be truly effective, it is essential that companies actively participate, not only when involved for individual needs but with a broader vision of collective and associative growth. Only with a shared commitment will it be possible to meet the challenges of the future and ensure the sustainable development of the sector. In this context, the 54th Anacam National Assembly, which will be held in Rome from 12 to 14 June, will be a crucial appointment for discussion and planning of future strategies. It is also a particularly significant event because it is elective. I therefore invite all members to actively participate in this important event, contributing ideas and proposals to build a future in which training, innovation, and employment are at the heart of the growth of our sector. 6
