s iamo ormai immersi in un mondo phygital che combina processi fisici e online. Appare sempre più evidente che i clienti desiderano sfruttare entrambe le modalità in maniera integrata e sapiente. Le persone, sia lato B2C che B2B, vogliono usare interfacce digitali per una serie di attività, per informarsi su un prodotto o servizio fino a completarne l’ordine. Quando interviene la parte umana, però, l’azienda fornitrice deve saper generare valore aggiunto su una relazione che di per sé si va dematerializzando. La sfida è quindi quella di trovare la formula magica attraverso la quale i tre grandi processi del marketing (pre sales), delle vendite (sales) e della relazione post vendita (after sales o post sales) non vengano più visti dall’organizzazione aziendale come disgiunti e staccati. Nella pratica, la sfida è cambiare la struttura dei processi aziendali unitamene ai saperi necessari per poter sviluppare la nuova relazione con i clienti. Lato B2C, Business to Consumer, nel secondo quadrimestre 2020 si è registrato a livello mondiale un boom dell’e-commerce. La crescita degli acquisti online negli Stati Uniti è stata esponenziale: una ricerca della Salesforce ha evidenziato un incremento pari al 71%. La crescita dell’e-commerce è stata importante anche nel mercato italiano: come emerge da alcune ricerche, i consumatori che prediligono gli acquisti online sono oggi circa 30 milioni. w e are now living in a phygital world that combines physical and online processes. Therefore the challenge is to find the magic formula through which the three major marketing processes of pre sales, sales and post-sales relationship are no longer seen by the company as disjoint and detached. In practice, the challenge is modifying the business processes structure alongside the necessary knowledge to develop the new relationship with customers. As for the B2C aspect, Business to Consumer, during the second quarter of 2020 e-commerce experienced aworldwide boom.
