▼ 22 FOCUS TECNICO d i Pa o l o V i c i n i After taking the photos, all necessary measures must be checked. LM= net distance between jambs wall/frame/jamb. It is recommended to take at least 3 measurements (top, center and bottom) LN = net distance of the existing door open at 90 ° MS = left jamb MD = right jamb IT = total measure given by the sum of LN + S + MS + MD S = distance created between the frame (hinge side) and the wire A = distance between the wall / marble and the open cabin doors (if any) B = distance between the wall / marble and the cabin shoulder C = height of the right upright protruding from the wall / marble D = distance between the clear plumb well and the car sill (normally 25/30 mm) E = door frame thickness F = sometimes the old doors were installed not flush with the shaft, this is the height between the edge of the landing door plumb and the clear plumb well LN CAB = net distance between existing car entry return LN PC = net distance between the car doors (manual) The heights to be measured are as follows: HML = net height of upper jamb. At least 3 measurements are recommended (left side, center and right side) HLN = net height T = upper lintel HIT = total measure given by the sum of HLM + T HR = height of the roller door from the ground Another very important fact if only one or a part of the ex- isting doors is replaced, is the thrust direction of the roller / lock, normally controlled by a retiring cam. If in existing doors the landing pushbutton plates are on the frame, the notch size and position from the ground must be measured. Finally, detect the existing door’s color, as normally the new one should be of the closest possible color to the old one.
