È, inoltre, necessario: • aprire la botola inferiore e/o superiore utilizzando la specifica chiave; • mettere in sicurezza la scala disponendo il commutatore di manutenzione sulla posizione “STOP o ALT” in maniera da impedire il moto indesiderato della scala. Tale operazione deve sempre essere effettuata prima di accedere alle botole, anche se dotate di contatto elettrico. La manovra mediante pulsantiera di manutenzione deve essere effettuata ESCLUSIVAMENTE dal tecnico che effettua la lavorazione. Assicurarsi della corretta e completa comunicazione tra i due tecnici: volume della comunicazione verbale, terminologia comune, segnali gestuali. La pulsantiera di manutenzione (rammentiamo che con l’entrata in vigore della UNI EN 115-1:2017 è prevista la fornitura e l’utilizzo di una pulsantiera di manutenzione a “due mani” contemporaneamente agenti sul dispositivo) può essere utilizzata collegandola nei connettori specifici posti nella parte superiore o inferiore dell’impianto. Prestare attenzione poiché in manutenzione la velocità dell’impianto è la stessa di quella di normale funzionamento. Disporre il selettore in modalità manutenzione (operazione solitamente automatica all’inserimento dello spinotto della pulsantiera), comporta l’esclusione delle seguenti sicurezze: - mancanza gradino; - contatto botola (ove presente); - velocità corrimano. Qualora servisse posizionare fuori dalla fossa il quadro di manovra, è sempre necessario togliere tensione attraverso l’interruttore generale. In caso si renda necessario allontanarsi dall’impianto, procedere alla chiusura delle botole mediante specifica chiave. VERIFICHE E PROVE PERIODICHE DI SICUREZZA Ogni costruttore fornisce le istruzioni dettagliate e le scadenze consigliate per effettuare le verifiche e le prove di sicurezza. It is also necessary to: • open the lower and / or upper hatch using the specific key; • secure the ladder by placing the maintenance switch in the “STOP or ALT” position to prevent unwanted motion of the ladder. This operation must always be carried out before accessing the hatches, even if they are equipped with an electrical contact. Operation using the maintenance push-button panel must be carried out EXCLUSIVELY by the operating technician. Ensure correct and complete communication between the two technicians: volume of verbal communication, common terminology, gestural signals. The maintenance push-button panel (we remind you that with the introduction of UNI EN 115-1: 2017 the supply and use of a maintenance push-button panel with “two hands” simultaneously acting on the device is foreseen) can be used by connecting it to the connectors specific places in the upper or lower part of the system. Pay attention since the speed of the system undergoing maintenance is the same as that of normal operation. Placing the selector in maintenance mode (usually automatic operation upon insertion of the pushbutton panel plug), involves excluding the following safety devices: - lack of step; - trap door contact (where present); - handrail speed. If it is necessary to place the control panel outside the pit, removing voltage through the main switch is required. If workers must physically leave the system, the hatches must be closed using a specific key. CHECKS AND PERIODIC SAFETY TESTS Each manufacturer provides detailed instructions and recommended deadlines for carrying out safety checks and tests.
