70 QUANDO in Anacam si è parlato per la prima volta di affacciarsi a Job&Orienta, prima fiera in Italia nell’orientamento al mondo del lavoro e degli studi superiori (per numero di espositori e di partecipanti) promossa da Verona Fiere e giunta oramai alla sua trentaduesima edizione, l’entusiasmo era permeato dei dubbi che nascono quando si affronta per la prima volta una nuova avventura. Come strutturare le quattro giornate di esposizione? Come invogliare i giovani a intraprendere un percorso professionale nel mondo degli elevatori? Come far conoscere il lavoro di tecnico ascensorista e le opportunità lavorative nel nostro settore agli istituti scolastici e alle Istituzioni? Dopo il primo giorno è sembrato tutto semplice e naturale: grazie alla disponibilità di alcuni associati a partecipare con i loro giovani tecnici durante dei “mini talk” (un format di domande e risposte libere tra imprenditore, tecnico ascensorista e giovani partecipanti) si è riusciti “a rompere il ghiaccio” e a incuriosire centinaia di ragazzi attirando anche l’attenzione di RaiNews 24 e @AtomicaComunicazione (comunicazione ufficiale di Verona Fiere). PER LA PRIMA VOLTA VI HA PARTECIPATO ANCHE ANACAM The career fair held in Verona from 22 to 25 November 2023 was a great success with 45 thousand visitors in attendance. ANACAM also participated for the first time WHEN Anacam first talked about taking part in Job&Orienta, Italy’s leading trade fair for orientation to the world of work and higher education (in terms of number of exhibitors and participants) promoted by Verona Fiere and now in its 32nd edition, the enthusiasm was permeated with the doubts that arise when one faces a new adventure for the first time. How to structure the four days of the exhibition? How to entice young people to embark on a professional path in the world of elevators? How to introduce the job of lift technician and the job opportunities in our sector to schools and institutions? After the first day, it all seemed simple and natural: thanks to the willingness of some associates to participate with their young technicians during “mini talks” (a format of free questions and answers between entrepreneur, lift technician and young participants) it was possible to “break the ice” and arouse the curiosity of hundreds of young people, also attracting the attention of Rai News 24 and @AtomicaComunicazione (official communication of Verona Fiere).
