Point-blank questions that confirmed my hope in the generation coming of age: the general scepticism that hovers when talking about the good will and aptitude for work of the new generations clashes, losing, with the truth of young people who are curious and willing to build a solid and recognised professional career, without shyness in facing even issues of sacrifice and economic remuneration. Analysing the answers of the sample surveyed, it emerged that many already had a clear idea of what to do after finishing high school, while many others had come to the Job&Orienta fair in order to find their way through the multitude of solutions available, with an equal percentage of those who intended to continue their studies and those who intended to enter the world of work immediately in search of economic independence and to embark on a professional career path. 72 ragazzi interessati che sono stati calamitati dallo stand di Anacam: 1. Domande a bruciapelo che mi hanno confermato la speranza nella generazione prossima alla maggiore età: lo scetticismo generale che aleggia quando si parla della buona volontà e dell’attitudine al lavoro delle nuove generazioni si scontra, perdente, con la verità di ragazzi curiosi e volenterosi di costruirsi una professionalità solida e riconosciuta, senza timidezza nell’affrontare anche tematiche di sacrificio e remunerazione economica. Analizzando le risposte del campione intervistato, emerge che diversi hanno già le idee chiare su cosa fare dopo il termine degli studi superiori, mentre molti altri si sono affacciati alla fiera Job&Orienta appunto per orientarsi nella moltitudine di soluzioni disponibili, distribuendosi in pari percentuale tra chi intende proseguire gli studi e chi intende, invece, affacciarsi subito al mondo del lavoro alla ricerca di indipendenza economica e di intraprendere un percorso professionalizzante di crescita.
