38 FORMAZIONE DI GIUSEPPE IOTTI* Annex III contains detailed tables comparing the training courses provided for in the previous Agreements with those introduced in 2025. An important aspect concerns the reciprocity of recognition of updates, which only applies in the cases explicitly indicated in the tables in Annex III, which are rather complex and need to be examined in detail. DEADLINES AND TRANSITION PERIODS: THE ADJUSTMENT CALENDAR The transition to the new State-Regions Agreement requires companies to rigorously plan their training activities, with different deadlines depending on the role. The top priority concerns supervisors: for those already trained, the deadline for completing the first update with the new two-year frequency is set for 24 May 2026. As for employers who do not perform the role of RSPP, the new 16-hour training requirement must be completed by 24 May 2027. By the same date, managers of companies operating as contractors on construction sites must also supplement their training with the specific 6-hour module. Finally, for RSPP employers, adaptation to the new technical modules must take place at the time of the first useful update. Please note that for any new appointment or assignment made after 24 May 2025, the new training standards (including the 12 hours for the person in charge) become immediately mandatory, with no possibility of grace periods. * General Director Koppel A.W.
