51 Following the positive response to the first edition, Crescita Verticale returns in 2026 with a new event on 26 and 27 February in Rome. The course is reserved for around 30 participants and the first registrations for the Rome edition have already been received. The course, promoted by ANACAM in collaboration with Icaro Sborgia, is aimed at entrepreneurs in the lift sector and stems from the need to combine technical expertise with managerial, organisational and strategic tools that are increasingly indispensable in a complex and competitive market. The first edition, held in Francavilla al Mare on 12 and 13 September 2025, was characterised by high participation, exceeding the number initially expected. Crescita Verticale immediately proved to be a unique experience: two days packed with content, discussion and practical work, in an atmosphere of enthusiasm and openness to dialogue. Key topics were addressed, such as industry regulations, mindset and personnel management, business and financial organisation, customer management, marketing, sales techniques, technological innovation and public speaking. The results of the satisfaction survey confirmed the effectiveness of the initiative: 100% of participants who responded to the survey would recommend the course to a colleague; 74.1% rated the content as “excellent” and the remaining 25.9% as “good”; 85.2% gave the speakers an “excellent” rating, appreciating their practical and operationally-oriented approach. Among the most appreciated modules were those dedicated to industry regulations and the mindset linked to personnel management, a sign of an increasingly widespread need to combine technical rigour and managerial awareness. The feedback collected also highlighted the desire to further expand the practical part and the opportunities for operational discussion, valuable indications already in view of the next edition. The evaluation by the sponsors was also very positive, recognising the course’s high overall quality and significant value in terms of visibility and networking. Almost all of them expressed interest in continuing the collaboration, emphasising the format’s potential as a space for meeting and shared growth for the sector. The social events also played a significant role, providing opportunities for networking and informal exchanges. It was in this context that new ideas and proposals for collaboration emerged, demonstrating how training can also become a catalyst for relationships and projects. The first edition of Crescita Verticale therefore came to a close on a very positive note and with one certainty: investing in entrepreneurial training, even in a highly technical sector such as the lift industry, is a strategic choice for facing the future with greater awareness and solidity. Crescita Verticale also stands out as a dynamic project, capable of identifying real needs and evolving over time. The content and format are not designed to be static, but are intended to adapt to the demands and needs of entrepreneurs in the sector. For this reason, while remaining faithful to the structure of the first edition, the programme and speakers’ presentations will be updated for the new event.
