A Roma, nel quartiere di Tor Marancia, questa differenza ha avuto per anni il peso concreto di una rampa di scale. Andrea Matteucci, un giovane con disabilità, viveva in un edificio dove ogni spostamento richiedeva l’aiuto dei familiari. Salire e scendere non era un’azione quotidiana, ma un’operazione fisica, ripetuta giorno dopo giorno. Poi è arrivato un ascensore esterno, installato nell’ambito di un progetto di riqualificazione urbana.
