Tra gli esempi figurano anche aziende associate ANACAM, a testimonianza di come questi percorsi possano essere affrontati anche da realtà di piccole e medie dimensioni, con strumenti proporzionati alla propria struttura e ai propri obiettivi. Il tema del passaggio generazionale è stato approfondito anche nell’ambito di “Spazio ai libri”, con la presentazione del volume “Il capitale nei legami”. Sono intervenuti Alessandro Ceriani, autore di uno dei capitoli, e Leonardo Rossi, storico associato umbro, che ha condiviso la propria esperienza. A moderare il confronto è stato Massimiliano Del Barba, giornalista del Corriere della Sera. UN SALUTO A LAURA FERRARI L’Assemblea ha dedicato un momento a Laura Ferrari, storica segretaria di ANACAM, che dal 1° agosto è andata in pensione dopo molti anni di attività al fianco dell’Associazione e degli associati. Un saluto sentito, per ringraziarla del lavoro svolto e della presenza discreta e costante con cui ha accompagnato per anni la vita di ANACAM. NUOVI PROGETTI E INIZIATIVE ANACAM Nel corso dell’Assemblea sono stati presentati anche i nuovi corsi di approfondimento sulle ISO 8100-1 e ISO 8100-2, la nuova edizione di Crescita Verticale dal 10 all’11 settembre 2026 a Milano e il primo logo di ANACAM Giovani. Un breve spazio è stato dedicato anche alla prima edizione degli ANACAM Product Awards, con la consegna degli attestati alle aziende partecipanti durante i lavori. La premiazione dei vincitori si è svolta durante la serata del 18 giugno. I MOMENTI CONVIVIALI DELL’ASSEMBLEA Accanto alle sessioni di lavoro, l’Assemblea ha lasciato spazio anche ai momenti conviviali, che hanno offerto agli associati occasioni ulteriori per incontrarsi e confrontarsi in un contesto più informale. La sera del 18 giugno, dopo la premiazione degli ANACAM Product Awards, la serata a bordo piscina è proseguita con lo spettacolo di Ale & Franz. Il giorno successivo, al termine dei lavori, la cena di gala si è svolta sulla spiaggia di Tuerredda, in riva al mare. Speakers included Alessandro Ceriani, author of one of the chapters, and Leonardo Rossi, a long-standing member from Umbria, who shared his own experience. The discussion was moderated by Massimiliano Del Barba, a journalist with Corriere della Sera. A TRIBUTE TO LAURA FERRARI The Assembly dedicated a moment to Laura Ferrari, ANACAM’s long-serving secretary, who retired on 1 August after many years of service to the Association and its members. A heartfelt tribute was paid to thank her for her work and for the discreet and constant presence with which she has supported ANACAM’s activities over the years. NEW ANACAM PROJECTS AND INITIATIVES During the General Assembly, new in-depth courses on ISO 8100-1 and ISO 8100-2 were also presented, along with the new edition of ‘Crescita Verticale’, to be held from 10 to 11 September 2026 in Milan, and the first ANACAM Giovani logo. A brief segment was also devoted to the first edition of the ANACAM Product Awards, with certificates presented to participating companies during the proceedings. The awards ceremony for the winners took place on the evening of 18 June SOCIAL MOMENTS AT THE ASSEMBLY Alongside the working sessions, the Assembly also included social moments, which offered members further opportunities to meet and exchange views in a more informal setting. On the evening of 18 June, following the ANACAM Product Awards ceremony, the poolside evening continued with a performance by Ale & Franz. The following day, once the proceedings had concluded, the gala dinner took place on Tuerredda beach, by the sea.
