13 member companies (as of October 2022) only 110 are not classified as limited companies. As mentioned, this is a positive since the monitoring and comparison activities with sector data both for the management of banking relationships and for other regulatory forms require adopting an increasingly structured corporate form. Considering only the available data of associates who adopt the form of limited companies, as they publish financial statement data, it should be noted that the aggregate revenues of associates in 2021 grew by around 14% when compared with 2020. At the same operating profitability (EBITDA, i.e. the operating result before amortization, depreciation, write-downs, interest and taxes) has maintained a value of around 13%, equal to the level reached in 2020, i.e. approximately 5 points higher than in a sector that expresses a value around 8%. In addition to the economic parameters, it is useful to analyse the solidity of the member companies also in terms of assets, in fact the ratio between EBITDA and debt is approximately 3, which means that on average the analysed companies have recourse to financial debt but maintain a good repayment capacity. In the specific case, it should be noted that the 3-year parameter is in line with banking best confrontati con il 2020.
