78 CAN YOU TELL US MORE ABOUT THESE APPLICATIONS? Sure. The first is Mobile Lift Light, an ‘entry-level’ app designed for companies that are just starting their digitalisation journey. It allows basic call management: the technician can accept or reject a call, return it to headquarters, complete the task and enter closing notes. All in real time, without phone calls, directly from the App. SO THIS IS A TOOL THAT IMPROVES INTERNAL INTERACTION? Exactly. Although it does not introduce complex functionality, it makes information immediately available that the technician previously had to search for by phone. It is a first step towards greater integration between field staff and the headquarters. AND THE OTHER TWO APPS? The second is Cloudlift Manager, dedicated to administrators or company contact persons. It allows 360° control over daily activities: maintenance, assistance, emergency management, problems with telephone dialers. It is intuitive, also useful when interfacing with the condominium administrator or installation owner. The third App will be aimed at the end customer and will be released by the end of the year. Our aim is to create a complete digital ecosystem in SaaS (Software as a Service) mode for the entire lift industry. HOW DOES MOBILE 5.0 INTEGRATE WITH THE NEW APPLICATIONS? The entire system integrates perfectly with Mobile 5.0, the historical App that Telesan and GloService have been offering for over 15 years. It is designed to support technicians in all their daily activities, and will continue to be the operational heart of our digital offering. AZIENDE DI TITTI LO PAPA L’AD STEFANO MORANDI: “NEL 2025 ARRIVA UN ECOSISTEMA DIGITALE RIVOLUZIONARIO PER MIGLIORARE LAVORO, SICUREZZA E SERVIZI” Stefano Morandi, CEO: ‘In 2025 a revolutionary digital ecosystem will arrive to improve work, safety and services’ che la disponibilità dei servizi.
