LA norma EN 81-41:2024 relativa alle piattaforme elevatrici verticali previste per l’uso da parte di persone con mobilità ridotta, dopo aver superato con successo la fase di “formal vote” tra giugno e agosto del 2024 con l’approvazione unanime da parte dei sedici comitati nazionali CEN interessati (100% dei voti favorevoli, ben oltre il minimo richiesto del 55%, e 100% anche nel voto ponderato rispetto al minimo richiesto del 65%), è stata pubblicata sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale dell’Unione Europea del 14 agosto 2025. La pubblicazione è avvenuta con la decisione di esecuzione (UE) 2025/1740 della Commissione del 13 agosto 2025 che modifica, a sua volta, la decisione di esecuzione (UE) 2023/1586 della Commissione del 26 luglio 2023 relativa alle norme armonizzate per le macchine redatte a sostegno della THE EN 81-41:2024 standard relating to vertical lifting platforms intended for use by persons with reduced mobility, after successfully passing the ‘formal vote’ phase between June and August 2024 with unanimous approval by the sixteen CEN national committees concerned (100% of votes in favour, well above the minimum requirement of 55%, and 100% also in the weighted vote compared to the minimum requirement of 65%), was published in the Official Journal of the European Union on 14 August 2025. The publication took place with the Commission’s Implementing Decision (EU) 2025/1740 of 13 August 2025, which in turn amends Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/1586 of 26 July 2023 on harmonised standards for machinery drawn up in support of Directive LA EN 81-41:2024 SOSTITUISCE L’EDIZIONE 2010 E DIVENTA NORMA ARMONIZZATA PER LE PERSONE CON MOBILITÀ RIDOTTA EN 81-41:2024 replaces the 2010 edition and becomes the harmonised standard for platform lifts for persons with reduced mobility 15
