21 COME la EN 81-41:2024, anche la EN 81-31:2024 ha superato lo scorso anno la fase di voto formale (100% di approvazione da parte dei 18 comitati nazionali di normazione che hanno partecipato alla votazione nell’ambito del CEN) ed è stata pubblicata sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale dell’Unione Europea del 14 agosto 2025 con decisione di esecuzione (UE) 2025/1740 della Commissione del 13 agosto 2025 che modifica a sua volta la decisione di esecuzione (UE) 2023/1586 della Commissione del 26 luglio 2023 relativa alle norme armonizzate per le macchine redatte a sostegno della Direttiva 2006/42/CE del Parlamento europeo e del Consiglio. Anche la EN 81-31:2024 (che sostituisce la versione del 2010), quindi, se utilizzata, fornisce presunzione di conformità ai requisiti essenziali della Direttiva Macchine. Di cosa si occupa questa norma? La norma disciplina i requisiti di sicurezza per i montacarichi accessibili per sole merci, fissi, ovvero installati in modo permanente e destinati esclusivamente al trasporto di merci, ma non di persone.
