È stata, a mio avviso, un’occasione per fermarci a guardare il nostro settore con gli occhi del presente, ma soprattutto con quelli del futuro. Abbiamo scelto di cambiare il modo di vivere l’Assemblea, introducendo tre tavole rotonde, strumenti digitali per coinvolgere direttamente i partecipanti e una comunicazione capace di raccontare in tempo reale ciò che accadeva. Non è stata soltanto una scelta organizzativa. È stata una scelta di metodo: più confronto, più partecipazione, più capacità di ascoltare. In my view, it was an opportunity to pause and look at our sector through the eyes of the present, but above all through those of the future. We chose to change the way we experience the Assembly, introducing three round-table discussions, digital tools to directly engage participants and a communication strategy capable of reporting events in real time. It was not merely an organisational decision. It was a choice of approach: more dialogue, more participation, a greater ability to listen. And it was precisely through this dialogue that a realisation emerged clearly: the lift sector is undergoing a phase of profound transforma-
