The ceremony took place in Rome, at the Chamber of Deputies, where Fabrizio Impellitteri, CEO of GLift, accepted the award on behalf of the company, which is a member of ANACAM and specialises in developing digital tools for the lift sector. For GLift, the award confirms the success of its approach to the digitalisation of technical and management processes within companies in the sector. The company has developed a digital ecosystem designed specifically for the lift sector, born out of Fabrizio Impellitteri’s direct experience in the field. The platform brings together design, costing, technical calculations, order management and documentation management – as well as professional development tools – within a single environment, with the aim of simplifying the day-to-day work of companies, technicians and designers. Behind GLift lies a body of work built up over time: more than 15 years of development and seven iterative updates have accompanied the platform’s growth, with it being progressively updated and refined in line with the sector’s practical needs. This evolution has led to the integration of various functions into a single system, reducing the need for separate tools and making the management of technical and organisational processes more straightforward. “Our platform sets the standard for reliability and connectivity. Greater speed, fewer errors and an innovative ecosystem designed to revolutionise the way companies, technicians, designers and suppliers work, making day-to-day tasks more efficient and precise”, explains Impellitteri. The America Innovation Award thus takes GLift’s expertise beyond the sector’s boundaries, recognising the value of a solution born out of very specific needs and placing it within the broader process of digital transformation affecting Italian businesses. “This award is the result of the hard work, passion and daily commitment of our team, who turn ideas into concrete solutions every day. This is an even more significant achievement for GLift, which, according to the company itself, was the only firm in the lift sector amongst the award-winning companies in the 2026 edition. The award demonstrates that even a highly specialised sector such as the lift industry can produce projects capable of contributing to the technological evolution of the Italian manufacturing sector. Un risultato ancora più significativo per GLift, che, secondo quanto riferito dalla stessa azienda, è stata l’unica realtà del settore ascensoristico tra le imprese premiate nell’edizione 2026.
