Anacam training: course registration is open

The 2021 Anacam training courses calendar was officially presented during yesterday’s webinar, it is already open for registration. The national president Andrea Codebò briefly presented the training offer developed with SAEF, and invited companies to book promptly since the courses are limited. “Training - said Alessandra Recchia, director of Anacam Service and training manager - is important to overcome difficult moments like the ones we are experiencing. Investing in training collaborators and entrepreneurs is giving our companies a future. Anacam tried to create a training plan that could satisfy the needs of all the associates in the various business areas. The catalog was also created thanks to the numerous suggestions received from members who accepted the invitation to respond to a questionnaire on training needs ".

Giovanni Benedini, head of the SAEF Training Area, then illustrated in detail the six-area training plan: budget and finance; customer-oriented communication, HR - employee management; job security; technical courses and IT tools. Three free webinars will illustrate in further detail the programs of the individual courses that will take place in different ways: asynchronous distance mode, therefore with the possibility of connecting to a platform at any time remotely; synchronous distance, live on the platform; in person, where conditions allow it and in any case in the presence of practical exercises. In particular, the practical exercise relating to the course for fire-fighting officers of medium-risk companies and the one provided in the first aid course will be carried out in the presence.

ANACAM ACADEMY

Anacam Academy is a project that aims to safeguard the profession of "lift operator" and is aimed at small and medium-sized installation and maintenance companies. A survey will be carried out to assess the needs of member companies to insert new recruits and to probe the willingness to welcome the students who will attend the courses. Recruitment of young candidates will be carried out by an interim agency. Candidates aged 19 to 24, must be high school graduates and unemployed. The initial relationship is temp work so there is no obligation to be hired. Subsequently, being hired by the company with an apprenticeship contract is a possibility.

The courses will be fully funded through access to the Interprofessional Fund of the Formatemp Temporary Agencies. The Veneto region will start with a pilot project to test the training path. Anacam also intends to deliver a talk to raise awareness of the schools, as soon as the conditions are in place.
