Coronavirus: virtual assemblies with all regions

Coronavirus has not stopped Anacam, in fact the association has taken measures to continue working and assist associates from all over Italy through video conferences on a specialized platform. The initiative was launched after the success of the videoconference held in Piedmont, where members’ participation was high, and on Saturday 14 March witnessed the members of Anacam Calabria engaged in an online meeting. Two regional assemblies are scheduled per day, at 9 and at 14.30, with an optional third meeting at 17 if need be. The national secretariat will, from time to time, send a communication to the interested member companies who will be able to access the videoconferences by simply clicking on a link in the email. The decision was made on Friday morning during a virtual meeting between the national president Andrea Codebò, the presidents of the regional sections and the head of the national headquarters Luca Incoronato. “The conference on Friday morning - explained Codebò - first of all made it possible to evaluate the situation, gauge issues with employees, customers and other players in the supply chain. All the regional presidents agreed to adopt the solution of videoconferencing, already tested by the associates of Anacam Piemonte, to make up for cancelled seminars due to the COVID-19 emergency. This very delicate moment makes all of us understand Anacam’s importance at a deeper the level, as well as knowing we can make it because we are a team. "
