Anacam National Assembly 2019: the definitive program

While waiting for the curtain to rise on the 48th edition of the Anacam National Assembly at the Pullman Timi Ama in Villasimius, from Thursday 13 to Saturday 15 June, the definitive program is available. The opening will be dedicated to relations and statutory obligations. Subsequently, Anacam's request on VAT rates in the lift sector and the response of the Revenue Agency will be presented. A discussion with the Ministry of Economic Development will follow on the proposed amendments to Presidential Decree 162/99 made by Anacam and the presentation of the booklet signed by Anacam-Anaci on "Proper management of the apartment building lift". On Thursday, associates will be able to meet some companies during personalized and exclusive meeting sessions, which is a new feature of this edition.

During the second day, the LIFTS GUIDE will be presented, created by the National Consumers Union - UNC, the oldest Italian consumer association. Followed by the illustration of commitments for the "service" that Anacam intends to assume towards consumers, again through the UNC.

The national and international market will be discussed with guests from the United States, India and Germany. After a brief debate on the role and future of the Association, the election of the members of the national Board of Directors and the President will take place.

As for the technical-regulatory update, it will deal with the evolution of national technical regulations and the situation of the European harmonized standards. In particular, the consequences of the lack of harmonization of the latest editions of EN 81-21, 28, 58, 70, 71 and 77 will be investigated together with the Efesme experts. Efesme will also deal with the prospects for the internationalization of European standards on lifts. On Friday the associates will be able to meet the companies in the course of personalized sessions. As per tradition, the gala dinner will follow. Talented actor Marco Marzocca will be in charge of the evening entertainment this year.

Saturday opens with the first part of the talk on positive problem management by Valter Ribichesu, responsible for the "ELITE-ACADEMY". This will be followed by the presentation of the agreement signed between Anacam and WE UNIT for the financing of works in buildings through a new financial instrument. We will continue with a technical update session on the operational implications of UNI's opinion on the application of the inverter in systems with old winches in which the Associations of Notified Bodies will also take part. We will talk about the maintenance of metal frames for lifts, with particular regard to regulatory obligations, obligations for manufacturers and maintenance technicians and the main operational criticalities. The work of the 48th Anacam National Assembly will conclude with the second part of the speech by Valter Ribichesu, responsible for the formation of "ELITE-ACADEMY".
