Communication Area: Anacam courses presented

The Anacam Communication area courses were presented yesterday afternoon. After the greetings by Anacam Service councillor Alessandra Recchia, delegated to training, and Giovanni Benedini, SAEF Training Area manager, the floor was taken by course teacher Alberto Albertini of Brescia’s University, who is responsible for Innovation and Technological Scouting of a world leader in the pharmaceutical sector. Communication, explained Albertini, is marketing aimed at sales and standing out requires hard work. However, the very basic principles of marketing are often disregarded and there is no real knowledge of the customer who, lest we forget, nowadays chooses rather than buys. A proper marketing strategy can really increase your turnover. To this end, Albertini brought practical examples of how even a small provincial barber can develop his business by improving communication and using the right language depending on the medium used. Who is this course for? Everybody, Albertini replied, because everyone communicates, indeed a technician can be more effective than an advertising campaign. In short, this is an opportunity not to be missed.

Here is the calendar of courses in the Communication Area:

• Thursday 20/05 and 27/05 (hours: 15-18): Effective communication techniques to improve customer approach with Alberto Albertini;
• Thursday 09/09 and 16/09 (hours: 15-18): Promote the business through web marketing and social networks with Alberto Albertini;
• Thursday 04/11 and 11/11 (hours: 15-18): Effectively manage complaints.

Please note that on May 4, 2021 and May 11, 2021 (2-5 pm), the five-year update of workers on safety will be held with reference to the State-Regions agreement, while the course presentation webinar in the HR-employee management area will be on May 25, 2021, at 5 pm, The national headquarters of Anacam remains available for any need.

Finally, it should be noted that the Association is working on the "ANACAM ACADEMY" project, aimed at safeguarding the profession of "lift producer" and training young talent to be employed in member companies. The courses will be fully funded through access to the Interprofessional Fund of the Formatemp Temporary Agencies.
