Anacam-SAEF courses for human resource management presented

The presentation of the training courses planned in the human resources management area by Anacam in collaboration with SAEF was held yesterday afternoon, the 8th of June. The webinar was opened by Alessandra Recchia, director of Anacam Service training, who underlined the excellent results achieved in terms of participation of the budget, finance and communication courses.

In the area of human resources, a course has been planned on collaborator management, leadership and motivation (6 and 13 July, 15-18) and one on people management, or on how to measure authority and on control and delegation ( 7 and 14 December, 3-6 pm). In order to make the training process truly meaningful the courses will be highly interactive. The first part of the courses includes need analysis; the second will provide the tools to create effective teams and reinforce participants’ leadership qualities helping them improve on their skills.

Practical suggestions will be provided and tailored to the specificities of the associated companies which for the most part are between 5 and 20 employee micro and small enterprises where the role of human resources manager and the owner overlap and intermediate figures are responsible for employee coordination, especially in the technical area. Giovanni Benedini, head of the SAEF Training Area underlined the importance of these courses which may seem niche but which are extremely useful in company management, not only at the highest levels but for anyone who is managing collaborators.

Courses teacher Paolo Bortolotti took the stage to explain that according to a recent study by the Carnegie Institute of Technology, 85% of a company's success depends on transversal skills (ability to communicate, negotiate and driving) and only 15% is due to technical knowledge. A fact recently confirmed by two other studies conducted by the Stanford Research Study International and Harvard University in collaboration with the Carnegie Foundation.

The course relating to employee management, leadership and motivation aims to improve the relationship with employees, developing interpersonal and communication skills and acquiring listening techniques that are decisive in managing conflicts. Furthermore, this course, will allow to develop a method to develop employees by promoting a better climate in the company, increasing performance and therefore results. The company climate is, in fact, perceived by the final customer and therefore the employee's satisfaction is also the customer's satisfaction.

As for the second course, however, collaborator management focuses on people management and on the ability to delegate and giving value to collaborators as they represent the true capital of the company. The course helps to acquire the useful tools based on the style and the characteristics of the resources to be managed. Among the central themes are feedback and collaborator loyalty.

During the presentation, the issue of running lift companies was also highlighted, a typically male profession which, with the generational change, sees women increasingly at the top of companies in the sector. An interesting topic, said Bortolotti, which will certainly be explored.
