The new issue of ANACAM MAGAZINE is online

The new issue of ANACAM MAGAZINE is dedicated to the fifty years of Anacam and how the lift and the lift sector have evolved in this half century. After a quick discussion on the history of the association, through the story of its most significant dates and achievements, we addressed the changes of the lift and its components, the design, the organization within the companies and the profession of elevator operator with a look at the regulatory landscape, without claiming to be exhaustive but with the hope of offering food for thought and information not easily available elsewhere.

This issue is not only about lifts but also the regulatory and technical state of the art of escalators and moving walkways.

A space was also dedicated to the journey taken by Efesme, the voice of lift SMEs in Europe, born by the will of Anacam, from its origins to the present day.

For the “Publishing” section, the presentation of the second edition of the book by Giuseppe Iotti and Paolo Tattoli “Elements of risk assessment and safety management in small and medium-sized lift companies”, available soon.
