ANACAM ACADEMY: a survey for member companies

In the lift sector, young people have always learned the trade thanks to expert technicians. A good training, insertion and organizational socialization path is an advantage for both companies and workers. The development of knowledge and the sharing of knowledge have a very high strategic value for companies. However, the speed with which the market changes requires new training strategies and new entrepreneurial, managerial and innovation tools.

ANACAM ACADEMY is ANACAM 's answer to help member companies face the crucial moment of the workforce generational change. This is why ANACAM ACADEMY’s goal is to adequately train a new generation of technicians.

In particular, ANACAM ACADEMY, based on the requests of the members:

• Researches and selects young people willing to enter the lift sector.
• Trains selected people. There is a one-month intensive online theoretical course. Practical exercises will be held in person at the associated companies that will join the project.
• Provides support to the company tutor in the two-month placement period.
