The new UNI 10411-1/2 in the focus of ANACAM MAGAZINE 1-2022

13 April 2022

The first 2022 issue of ANACAM MAGAZINE is entirely dedicated to the latest edition of UNI 10411-1 and 2 on modifications to existing lift systems that do not comply with the Lift Directive. An article proposes an analysis of what the technical standards provide with reference to the modifications most commonly made to lifts. The main points of the updated standards are then summarised in two practical tables, which are not exhaustive but essential when modernising an installation or checking the completeness of an estimate. Before starting a modification or modernisation project, what documents do I need? You will find this information in the journal. In addition, since according to UNI 10411-1/2, depending on the type of intervention, the installation of one or more devices is required, we asked some experts to explain what the market currently offers and how to cope with any criticalities that may arise during modification or modernisation interventions. A lucid analysis then poses a serious reflection on how, although there is a favourable cycle for the lift industry, we are having to come to terms with increases in raw materials, and therefore components, and with a difficulty in supplies, first because of the Covid and now also because of the war in Ukraine. An article takes stock of the 2022 building bonus between extensions and novelties. A feature article on ANACAM 2021 closes the magazine.

Happy reading.
