Safety and modernisation: The new EFESME questionnaire for all lift SMEs is online

Collecting data is key to gaining an in-depth understanding of the market and identifying significant trends and opportunities for improvement. With this in mind, EFESME has launched a new survey through which lift SMEs are asked to share, anonymously, their experience of lift and platform modernisation activities and any incidents that occurred during the period January 2021 - January 2024. The questionnaire takes just a few minutes and is open to all companies in the sector.
Based on the information collected, with the support of EFESME experts, an informative and illustrative report will then be developed.
One can answer the questionnaire, available in four languages, until 14 April 2024.
