DMG Group incorporates BEG Srl, Strengthening its Core Mission as Producer of Integrated Electrical Systems for Lift

DMG Spa, renowned for its innovative design and production of electrical systems and components for lift and associated company Anacam, today announced the acquisition of 100% of BEG Srl, a leading manufacturer of electric systems in Italy known for its robust and innovative approach.

The integration of BEG Srl, a respected entity with over two decades of experience in the Italian market, represents a significant advancement in DMG Spa's industrial strategy within the lift industry.

"This strategic move goes beyond expanding our production capacity, which is now poised to exceed 4,000 electric systems annually" remarked Emanuele Emiliani, CEO of DMG Spa. DMG currently distributes its pre-wired electric systems across 12 European countries. With this acquisition, there is a reinforced focus on the Italian market, particularly in Northern Italy. The merging of resources, technology, and talent from both companies will solidify an even stronger leadership position, allowing for the effective fulfillment of market demands through innovative and tailored solutions.
