TALK GEE 2025 ANACAM between training, accessibility, market vision and modernisation

Anacam, once again a partner of GEE this year, will be the protagonist of TALK GEE 2025, a series of events that will bring together experts, associations and companies to discuss topics of major interest to the sector.

On Wednesday 19 November from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., there will be a round table discussion entitled “Technological innovations for efficient modernisation”, organised by Elevatori Magazine.

The meeting will provide an opportunity for experts and leading companies in the sector to discuss how innovation can make the modernisation of systems safer, more sustainable and more accessible.

Speakers will include National President Piero Mosanghini, who will focus his speech on the initiatives promoted by Anacam in support of its member companies, aimed at accompanying them in the processes of modernisation and technological upgrading, including through training courses and shared tools to address a rapidly evolving market.

On the afternoon of 19 November, from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m., Mosanghini will also be among the protagonists of “Vision and Market Trends”, the talk dedicated to the dynamics and prospects of the global lifting market. The president of Anacam will present the association's vision for the future of the sector, with a focus on the challenges that SMEs face today in the European and international context. Moderator Giuseppe Iotti, lift expert.

This will be followed, from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m., by the round table discussion “Training and updating: new challenges for maintenance technicians”, organised in collaboration with Anacam.

Moderated by Giuseppe Iotti, the meeting will explore the complexity of training lift technicians in terms of both regulatory and technological developments, with particular reference to courses for young people, the retraining of senior technicians and the need to attract and retain resources. Participants will include Alessandra Recchia, Anacam national councillor responsible for training, Pepe Compagni from Docensas and Lucio Re from TĂśV Austria, who will share their experiences and reflections on new learning models and the skills required by the market.

Anacam's participation in TALK GEE 2025 will conclude on Friday 21 November at 11:30 a.m. with the meeting “Transforming accessibility and mobility for an increasingly sustainable future”, organised in collaboration with ANACAM and moderated by Roberto Cuccioletta, President of the “Accessibility in Construction” Commission of the Order of Engineers of Rome.

Along with Piero Mosanghini, the debate will also feature FIABA ETS President Stefano Maiandi, lift expert Paolo Tattoli, and corporate lawyer Cecilia Codebò.

The discussion will focus on how new technologies can improve accessibility and quality of life, promoting increasingly inclusive and sustainable mobility. There will also be talk of how the 75% bonus has provided real social support, allowing many vulnerable people to live more dignified lives and enjoy better mobility within their homes and buildings.

ANACAM will also present three proposals already submitted to the Senate's Fifth Committee for the 2026 budget law, with the aim of ensuring effective, long-term planning of subsidies for the removal of architectural barriers.
