ISEE 2022: collaboration between Anacam and EECMAI kicks off

The results of the 2022 edition of the International Sourcing Exposition for Elevators & Escalators (ISEE), held in Mumbai from 1 to 3 December, were very positive. Companies from the United States, Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom, Austria, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Turkey, and Bangladesh were present. Anacam National President Andrea Codebò attended the opening of the fair and took part in the impressive lamp lighting ceremony. The event hosted numerous round tables and training seminars.

On 1 December, Anacam took part in a fact-finding meeting, organised by EFESME, with EECMAI, the Elevator and Escalator Manufacturers' Association of India, which was set up during the pandemic to support the growth of the sector and foster networking with national and international organisations.
In this regard, Anacam was asked to join the Indian association as a foreign partner and thus initiate close cooperation, especially with regard to participation in trade fairs and the sharing of best practices. This invitation was enthusiastically accepted by our association.

Tak Mathews, organiser of ISEE, said, 'Over 140 lift industry players attended the fair. The event also served to showcase India as a procurement hub for lifts and escalators. The response from the industry and supporting associations and organisations was overwhelming. The technical sessions and training programmes added value and quality to the fair. All in all, ISEE 2022 was a very successful event for the industry, to the benefit of all stakeholders'.
Many people passed by the Anacam stand, which was a reference point for the Italian companies present. Video interviews with the companies present at the fair will be published on Anacam's social channels by Michele Mazzarda.

The next edition of ISEE will take place in Mumbai from 5 to 7 December 2024.
