The new issue of ANACAM MAGAZINE is all about services and outsourcing

The second 2022 issue of ANACAM MAGAZINE is entirely dedicated to the outsourcing of activities, processes, and corporate functions typical of companies in the lift industry. It presents the strategies and opportunities of a practice that took hold in the United States in the early 1980s and then spread throughout the world, becoming a cornerstone of contemporary business, necessary to avoid the risk of losing competitiveness.

Through the lens of outsourcing, precisely the outsourcing of services, we then talk about how to plan the generational transition, subcontracted work, remote assistance and management of the operations centre.

We also talk about the functionality of mobile business applications and management software to optimise production and administrative processes within a company. But how to cope with the pressing needs of the market, which increasingly demands additional services, innovative solutions, technological systems for checking and managing production and interventions? The answer is in an article illustrating alternative forms of investment.

Space is reserved for the new book by Giuseppe Iotti, published by Anacam, on 'Elevators, Energy, Environment', which will be presented tomorrow during the 51st National Assembly and will be the focus of an interesting round table discussion.
