Anacam Magazine 2/2025: focus on generational transition, innovation and business continuity

The new issue of Anacam Magazine, dedicated to the generational transition in family-owned lift companies, is now online. It emphasises the importance of conscious governance, long-term planning and targeted training of the new generations, without excluding the contribution of external expertise to accompany an effective and sustainable transition.

Ample space is also given to extraordinary operations (transformations, divisions, transfers, mergers) as tools for reorganising, enhancing or relaunching the company, both with a view to internal succession and with a view to strategic growth.

In the regulatory and legal field, an in-depth look at the issue of the right to repair in the context of lift maintenance, in the light of the regulations in force and good practices to be adopted.

The column on risks and insurance offers a practical guide to choosing a liability policy tailored to the sector, while the curiosity section investigates the psychological dynamics that emerge in confined spaces such as lifts, with interesting reflections on human behaviour.

A member company recounts its technological innovation journey that began five years ago through new digital solutions, apps and redesigned infrastructures.
